[Case Study] Three-Dimensional Nonlinear Static Magnetic Field Analysis of Steel Plates Using External Coils
Calculate the average magnetic flux density flowing inside the iron plate! A case study comparing and verifying the measurements of Team Problem 13.
We conducted a three-dimensional nonlinear static magnetic field analysis by arranging coils in a structure using our "PHOTO-MAG." The analysis focuses on the magnetic flux density flowing inside when a direct current is passed through the coils. The analysis model was created using symmetry, resulting in a 1/2 model. We compared the measured values with the analysis results obtained using our software. Detailed analysis result diagrams can be viewed through the related links. 【Case Overview】 ■ Analysis Subject: Structure composed of iron plates and coils ■ Software Used: PHOTO-MAG ■ Current Value: 1000 [AT] ■ Input Items: Only magnetic characteristics were input *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
